Hi Guys
Well I have been busy hand building for the last couple of weeks and now my latest group of bowls are out of their bisque fire thanks to Jackie White at the Pothouse. My poor old kiln is in need of Glynn Tilleys expertise to get her back to health again having broken down again.
I m taking the opportunity today to talk clay.
My personal favourites are the Professional Earthstone clays especially the Ashraf Hanna clays both white and black. These have excellent plasticity and are a delight to work with.
Now to wrap and barrel fire for the final finish to meet my Craft Potters association deadline
